 229th Los Angeles Birthday Celebration, San Gabriel Mission

6 am – 6 pm   founding of the City of Los Angeles. Los Pobladores and the City of San Gabriel will participate. The event begins at Mission San Gabriel at 6:00 a.m. with speeches, coffee and donuts, then nine-mile walk reenactment of Sept, 4, 1781  founding journey (slightly down hill) to Olvera Street.
