Now available -- Recipes 1776-2000 de Los Californianos, "Favorite Family Recipes Spanning over 200 years of Gourmet and Everyday California Cooking Techniques," edited by Ray and Bettie Dall and dedicated to our Ancestors.. The cookbook is 8 1/2x11 inches, 333 pages, and spiral bound, so it lies flat while you're working. This second edition revives many of the recipes in the first edition by Natalie Gardner that was published in 1980. It contains over 950 recipes, including new recipes collected from present Los Californianos members and their relatives. It also includes a section of valuable hints, tables of equivalency, glossary of spices and herbs, and recommendations for stain removal and home remedies, etc. The book is priced at $15.
