This second edition revives many of the recipes in the first edition by Natalie Gardner that was published in 1980. It contains over 950 recipes,  including new recipes collected from present Los Californianos members and their relatives. It also includes a section of valuable hints, tables of equivalency, glossary of spices and herbs, and recommendations for stain removal and home remedies, etc.
